Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Product: FX GURU FOREX COURSE (Beginners Edition)

Referral Process: Referrers will be rewarded after a successful referral signs up. The referral must state the referrer's name during the sign-up process. Once the referral acknowledges the referrer and successfully joins, making a full payment, the commission will be processed within 24 hours.

Reward: Referrers will receive a commission for every successful referral who completes the full payment for the FX GURU FOREX COURSE (Beginners Edition). The commission will start at $9 for each successful referral. Additional bonuses will be granted at stipulated thresholds.

​

Qualifying Referrals: A qualifying referral is defined as a new customer who has not previously made a purchase with FX GURU. Referrers will only receive rewards for qualifying referrals that comply with these terms.

Restrictions: Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn rewards fraudulently. Spam or any other unauthorized methods to obtain referrals are strictly prohibited.

Communication: Referrers are responsible for obtaining consent from referred customers before making any referral. FX GURU may communicate with referrers and referred customers through email or other channels regarding the referral program.

Recognitions: FX GURU reserves the right to recognize high-performing referrers or partners on our platforms, website, social media, or any of our campaigns.

Termination: FX GURU reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without notice. Violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of rewards and termination of a referrer's participation in the program.

Limitation of Liability: FX GURU is not liable for any errors, delays, or interruptions in the referral program or the provision of rewards. FX GURU is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of referral links.

​

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana.

​

Changes to Terms: FX GURU reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Referrers are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

By participating in the referral program, referrers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
